2010.4-2011.11中南大学化学化工学院,副教授  

2011.12-现在中南大学化学化工学院,教授,化学系副主任  

研究方向:

Ourresearchisfocusedoninvestigationofnewreactionsanddevelopment  

ofinnovativesyntheticandcharacterizationmethodologies(particularlyin  

structuralchemistry).Theresearchinterestsareinthefieldofsynthetic  

inorganicandorganometallicchemistry,currentresearchprojectsinclude:  

Synthesisandreactivityofthemetal-nitrogenmultiplebondsin  

thehighoxidation-staterutheniumcomplexes  

Wesynthesizedandcharacterizedaseriesofrutheniumcomplexeswith  

ruthenium-nitrogenmultiplebondcontaininganoxygentripodalligand,and  

exploredstericeffectandelectroniceffectofsubstituentsofligandsfor  

thestabilityandreactivityofthesecomplexes,andstudiedthereactivity  

ofruthenium-nitrogenmultiplebondswithorganicsubstrates.Wereported  

theformationofdinuclearimidocomplexfromthereactionofa  

ruthenium(VI)nitridewitharuthenium(II)hydride.  

SynthesisandreactivityoftheM(IV)(M=Ti,Zr,Ce)complexes  

withoxygendonorligand  

a.AqueouschemistryofM(IV)(M=Ti,Zr,Ce)complexes  

WereportedthesynthesisofM(IV)(M=Ti,Zr,Ce)complexeswithchelating  

oxygenligandsthatmayserveasmodelsformetalaquaionsandmetaloxide  

surfaces.Ti(IV)andZr(IV)triflatoandsulfatocompoundsaresynthesized.  

Hydrolysisofthesetriflatocompoundsinaquamedialeadstomono-,di-,  

tri-ortetranucleargroup4oxoandhydroxocompounds.Theinterconversion  

betweenthesepolynuclearZr(IV)compoundsaredirectedbypHvalue.  

b.Metal-oxoanionsascatalystactivatedbyLewis-acid  

M=OgroupinmetaoxoanionsMOxy-isactivatedbyhighoxidationstate  

metalcompoundsLnM’duetoLnM’asalewisacidcoordinationwithmetal  

oxoanionstoformLnM’-O-M=O.Somenovelstructuresofthesecompounds  

arecharacterizedbysinglecrystalX-raydiffraction.TheactivatedMOxy-  

cancatalyticallyundergooxotransfertothesulfideandalkaneatroom  

temperature.  

High-oxidationstateRhandIrorganometalliccomplexesandC-H  

bondactivation  

WesynthesizedaseriesofRhandIrcomplexes[M(dtbpy)(R)].Heating  

conditionresultsinintramolecularC-Hactivationoftheneophylligand,  

andcationicIrandRhalkylcomplexescontainingthenon-coordinating  

counteranionarecapableofcatalyzingtheH/DexchangeofTHFusing  

D2Oasthedeuteriumsource.  

Rutheniumphosphonatecomplexesandtheirmagneticproperties  

Rutheniumphosphonatecompoundswithamixedvalentdirutheniumpaddlewheel  

corearesynthesized.TemplateandpHvaluedirectedassemblyofdiruthenium  

diphosphonateswithdifferenttopologiesandoxidationstates.Magnetic  

propertiesofdirutheniumcompoundsarestudied.
